Shipping Information:

We now ship all jigsaw puzzles via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, offering a flat rate of $5 dollars for shipping and handling costs. An additional $1 dollar will be added to the flat fee for each additional jigsaw puzzle to anywhere in the U.S.A excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Alaska and Hawaii: A flat rate of $8.00 will be automatically added to all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, and an additional $1 dollar for each additional jigsaw puzzle.

All orders placed prior to 2pm EST will go out the same business day, orders placed after 2pm EST will go out the next business day. Estimated delivery time for First Class and Priority Mail is 2-7 days. You should receive your puzzle within the week. Tracking information will be updated and sent via email, to the address you supplied during checkout. If you have any questions, please email customer service.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 business days from the time your package has been delivered. All returns and exchanges must be sent back in the original (unopened) condition in which you received. If you wish to return or exchange your jigsaw puzzle please email sales@jigfix.com for instructions.

Missing Pieces

In the unlikelihood that you are missing a puzzle piece, you must contact the puzzle manufacturer directly to obtain a replacement jigsaw puzzle. If you need help finding the proper contact info for the manufacturer please contact us.
